Journey to Jacked ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at journeytojacked.com and provides AI-assisted personalised fitness programs delivered as digital PDF documents. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any products or services purchased through it.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our programs. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Our programs are designed for general fitness purposes. They are not intended for individuals with serious medical conditions without prior medical clearance. See Section 9 (Health & Fitness Disclaimer) for full details.
Journey to Jacked provides personalised training programs generated using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide through our quiz (including body measurements, fitness level, goals, available equipment, and training schedule). Programs are delivered as PDF documents, accessible from your account dashboard.
We offer three program tiers — Basic, Pro, and Elite — each with different program lengths, features, and levels of detail. The features of each tier are described on our website at the time of purchase.
We may periodically offer promotional pricing (including Founders pricing). Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and while spots remain. We reserve the right to modify, end, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
An account is created for you when you purchase a program. Access to your account and program is via email-based authentication (magic link). You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. We are not liable for unauthorised access to your account that results from compromise of your email account.
Your program is available for download from your account dashboard indefinitely, subject to these Terms remaining in force and your account remaining in good standing. We take reasonable measures to ensure availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
You may not share, transfer, or sell access to your account or your program to any third party.
All purchases are one-time payments — there are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
If your payment is declined or fails, no program will be generated and no charge will be applied to your account.
To request a refund, email support@journeytojacked.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include the email address used at checkout and we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are limited to one per customer.
If a technical failure prevents your program from being generated or delivered, you are entitled to either a full refund or a regeneration of your program — contact us and we will resolve it within 1 business day.
Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where your statutory rights provide greater protections than those described above, your statutory rights apply.
Your program is generated as a PDF document and stored securely in your account. You can download it at any time from your dashboard. The download link is generated on demand and is time-limited for security purposes; a new link is issued each time you initiate a download.
We recommend downloading and saving a local copy of your program as a backup.
Program generation typically completes within 1–2 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, generation may take longer due to high demand or service issues. If your program has not appeared within 15 minutes, contact us at support@journeytojacked.com.
All content on this website — including design, copy, code, branding, and the structure and format of generated programs — is the intellectual property of Journey to Jacked and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your program for your own private training purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
Programs are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. While we apply quality standards and expert-informed prompts to the generation process, AI-generated content is not infallible and may occasionally contain errors, imprecisions, or recommendations that are not optimal for your specific circumstances.
No specific results are guaranteed. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: adherence to the program, nutrition, sleep, genetics, age, and pre-existing fitness level.
The quality and relevance of your program depends directly on the accuracy of the information you provide during the quiz. Providing inaccurate or misleading data may result in an unsuitable program. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate user-submitted data.
Our programs are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.
By purchasing a program, you confirm that you have read and accepted our full Fitness & Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing, you acknowledge that we collect and process your personal and fitness data as described in the Privacy Policy in order to generate your program.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Journey to Jacked and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of the platform or any program.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the program giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Journey to Jacked and its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from:

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, except where prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protection laws (including EU member states), those laws may provide you with additional rights that override this clause.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
